Responsibilities
• Edit and refine German language content for accuracy, tone, and contextual relevance across digital platforms
• Translate documents and communications from English to German and vice versa, ensuring cultural nuance and clarity
• Collaborate with AI Trainers to localize and optimize language models for the German-speaking market
• Evaluate and provide feedback on AI-generated German text, contributing to ongoing language model improvements
• Support content development and quality assurance processes for digital tools and software applications
• Contribute linguistic expertise to interdisciplinary projects and cross-functional team initiatives
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of German language trends, usage, and best practices

Requirements
• Native or near native proficiency in German with excellent command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation
• Proven experience in translation, editing, and written communication in a professional setting
• Strong familiarity with digital tools and content management systems
• Keen attention to detail and a passion for linguistic precision
• Demonstrated ability to adapt content for different audiences and digital formats
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
• Experience with localization workflows and best practices

Nice to Have
• Background in AI training, language technology, or similar digital content environments
• Experience working with interdisciplinary and remote teams
• Knowledge of additional languages or localization tools
