Responsibilities
• Create detailed prompts in German and English with multiple constraints and scientifically accurate instructions
• Establish high-level expectations for correct responses in STEM contexts
• Develop comprehensive rubrics accounting for scientific rigor, linguistic clarity, and regionally appropriate terminology
• Run prompts through AI models and assess outputs for scientific accuracy, reasoning quality, and clarity
• Compare German and English responses where needed
• Collaborate in QA review processes to ensure tasks and rubrics meet scientific standards
Requirements
• Native level fluency in German specific to Switzerland, Germany, or Austria
• Strong reading and writing proficiency in English
• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Physics, or Chemistry
• Familiarity with undergraduate-level biology, physics, or chemistry topics
• Strong writing and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Ability to commit at least 20 hours per week for approximately 3 to 6 months
Nice to Have
• 2+ years of experience in teaching, research, or an applied STEM discipline
• Experience working with German language STEM curricula or academic standards

Overview
