Responsibilities
• Create detailed prompts and responses to guide AI learning across creative subjects
• Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance accuracy, fluency, and relevance
• Test AI models for inaccuracies or biases and validate reliability
• Apply strong creative judgment and rigorous evaluation to every task

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, Art History, Photography, or related field; OR 2+ years professional artistic experience
• Minimum C1 English proficiency (written and reading)
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong critical judgment
• Comfortable following nuanced rubrics and working independently

Preferred
• Prior LLM training experience (at least 6 months)
• Writing experience (copywriting/editorial)
