Responsibilities
• Label and quality-check safety data across categories like hate, harassment, violence, and misinformation
• Perform red-teaming and adversarial testing to identify attack patterns and edge cases
• Apply and localize safety policies consistently across Japanese and English
• Detect cultural nuance, slang, coded language, and context shifts
Requirements
• Native or near-native Japanese proficiency (reading/writing)
• Minimum C1 English proficiency
• Senior-level experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or policy operations
• LLM red-teaming experience required
• Emotional resilience for explicit content exposure
Preferred
• Localization/translation experience
• Experience with Perplexity, Gemini, ChatGPT, and similar tools
