Responsibilities
• Conduct regular reviews of Java solutions for correctness, clarity, code style, and maintainability
• Assess Java code for algorithmic soundness, performance, and best practices
• Keep trainers and QAs updated on Discord about project changes and expectations
• Create and maintain documentation, including coding guidelines, checklists, and FAQs
• Schedule and run onboarding and training calls with trainers/QAs

Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of professional experience in Java with a focus on code quality and review
• Strong expertise in debugging, design patterns, and assessing code robustness
• Hands-on experience with LLM projects, data annotation, or AI training
• Minimum C1 English proficiency

Preferred
• QA or lead role experience in AI training projects
• Leadership mindset with experience giving feedback
