Responsibilities
• Create detailed prompts and responses to guide AI learning in medical topics
• Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance accuracy and relevance
• Test AI models for inaccuracies or biases and validate reliability
• Write high-quality explanations demonstrating correct clinical reasoning

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, Health Sciences, or Allied Health
• 5+ years professional experience in healthcare field
• Strong clinical reasoning skills (differential diagnosis, risk stratification)
• Understanding of disease processes, patient care, and healthcare systems
• Minimum C1 English proficiency

Preferred
• Previous AI data training, annotation, or clinical documentation review experience
• Utilization review or healthcare editorial QA experience
