Responsibilities
• Create detailed prompts and responses to guide AI learning in Ruby topics
• Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance accuracy and relevance
• Test AI models for inaccuracies or biases
• Write high-quality explanations demonstrating idiomatic Ruby patterns

Requirements
• 1-2+ years of professional Ruby programming experience in production
• Strong understanding of Ruby on Rails, MVC architecture, and idiomatic patterns
• Experience building and maintaining Ruby or Rails applications
• Significant experience using LLMs while programming
• Minimum C1 English proficiency

Preferred
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, Sinatra, and RSpec
• Merged PRs in Ruby open-source projects
• Experience with metaprogramming or test-heavy systems
• Previous AI data training or evaluation experience
