Responsibilities
• Utilize your US accounting experience to review, annotate and validate financial data for AI training purposes
• Apply GAAP US standards to ensure accuracy and relevance of financial information
• Collaborate with an AI development team by providing subject matter expertise and detailed feedback on accounting processes
• Work with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite and QuickBooks to provide insights on accounting workflows and best practices
• Support quality assurance by auditing training datasets and identifying inconsistencies or gaps
• Document complex accounting concepts and scenarios in clear concise written form for technical and non technical audiences
• Engage in regular communication with project managers to ensure deliverables meet required standards and timelines

Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of US accounting experience specifically in mid tier, mid cap or small cap companies (no large or big tech firms)
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and hands on experience with CPA responsibilities
• Proficiency with ERP systems ideally SAP, NetSuite and QuickBooks
• Experience in financial annotation, auditing and process documentation
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Detail oriented, analytical and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Proven track record in collaborating with cross functional teams

Nice to Have
• Prior experience training or supporting AI or technology driven projects
• Background in designing or optimizing accounting processes within mid sized organizations
• Advanced certification or specialized training in ERP systems
