Responsibilities
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis in your area of expertise, delivering high-quality evidence-based insights
• Prepare, format, and review complex documents in Word and PDF utilizing advanced features such as tracked changes, form filling, and data extraction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, healthcare, policy, and finance professionals, to support diverse project needs
• Translate complex research findings into clear, concise reports and presentations tailored for Fortune 500 standards
• Evaluate and synthesize academic literature, legal documents, or industry data to inform project outcomes
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with designated guidelines in all written deliverables
• Maintain clear and professional written and verbal communication with project stakeholders and team members

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in academic research, legal, policy, healthcare, or related sectors
• Master's degree, PhD, or JD from a recognized institution
• Demonstrated expertise in preparing and reviewing Word and PDF documents, including tracked changes, formatting, and data extraction
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, deadline-driven environment
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on complex deliverables
• Proven record of producing high-quality client-ready outputs

Nice to Have
• Experience working with or for Fortune 500 companies
• Prior involvement in legal, healthcare, policy, or financial operations document workflows
• Active publication or presentation record in academic or industry settings
