Responsibilities
• Assess and moderate AI-generated images and text for compliance with safety and content guidelines
• Identify, flag, and report potentially harmful or inappropriate materials across various platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine content evaluation procedures and ensure continuous improvement
• Analyze emerging trends in social media and user-generated content to inform evaluation protocols
• Document findings and provide clear actionable feedback to development teams
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, content moderation, and digital safety practices
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal best practices and knowledge bases

Requirements
• Proven experience in content moderation, digital safety evaluation, or a related field
• Strong social media literacy with a keen awareness of community guidelines and platform-specific standards
• Advanced skills in analyzing both visual and textual content for compliance and safety risks
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback
• Comfort working independently and as part of a remote collaborative team
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Nice to Have
• Experience working with AI or machine learning-driven content moderation tools
• Background in psychology, communications, or a related discipline
