Responsibilities
• Work with large and complex data sets using analytical and statistical approaches
• Apply quantitative analysis, experimentation, and data mining to develop product strategies
• Identify and measure the success of product efforts through goal setting, forecasting, and monitoring
• Define, understand, and test opportunities to improve products and drive roadmaps
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to influence product strategy
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a relevant field
• 6+ years work experience in analytics (4+ years with PhD)
• Experience with SQL, Python, and/or R
• Experience with quantitative analysis and experimentation
Preferred
• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows
• Experience with responsible, ethical AI practices
• Ongoing AI skill development, including prompt engineering
