Responsibilities
• Gain a deep understanding of the French market to identify user and moderator pain points
• Cultivate, recruit, educate, and grow a local community of moderators
• Be a public face with local volunteer moderators to build trust and drive engagement
• Iterate, innovate, and scale the consumer growth playbook
• Run reports, build dashboards, analyze data, set KPIs, and execute community initiatives
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Community, Engineering, Marketing, Safety, and BD teams

Requirements
• 5+ years of community development, project management, growth, or operations experience
• Deep knowledge of French culture, including current events, politics, customs, and traditions
• Nuanced comprehension of digital landscape and French internet culture
• Succinct and persuasive communicator
• Proficiency in English
• Based in the UK or Ireland

Preferred
• Track record of community-led projects that drove business impact
• Experience with data analysis and KPI setting
