Responsibilities
• Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling, seamless video content
• Review, select, and sequence footage for narrative clarity, pacing, emotion, and technical precision
• Collaborate with other expert editors and project managers on data annotation and video processing
• Provide detailed feedback on video editing quality for AI training purposes
• Maintain clear, prompt, and professional communication with the team
• Adapt quickly to evolving project requirements and integrate feedback efficiently

Requirements
• Native English speaker from a native English-speaking country
• Proven expertise in professional video or film editing with a strong portfolio
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve
• Keen eye for narrative structure, visual flow, and continuity
• Understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, and post-production workflows

Preferred
• Prior experience with AI training data or content annotation
• Background in post-production for film, television, or digital media
• Experience collaborating on distributed, remote expert teams
