Responsibilities
• Act as a true finance business partner to client leadership teams
• Monthly and weekly reviews of forecasts and actuals with informative commentary
• Work closely with local finance teams across the globe to ensure accurate reporting
• Ownership of complex business planning models
• Preparation of monthly Client Board Packs and Commentary
• Present results and forecasts to senior leadership and group directors
• Support the commercial team in bids and re-pricing, including client negotiations

Requirements
• 8+ years of finance experience
• Previous experience in finance partnering at a senior level
• Ability to instill confidence in the senior leadership team and the finance departments
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form strong working relationships
• Advanced Excel skills
• Pro-active self-starter who operates with minimal supervision

Preferred
• Client-side or advertising agency marketing experience
• Industry experience is an advantage
• Strategic thinker with clear evidence of career progression
