Responsibilities
• Receive new briefs and transform unclear briefs into well-prepared briefs
• Manage scoping, costing, and planning of projects across different briefs
• Create project plans and identify key milestones
• Coordinate development and delivery among project participants and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress within scope and budget
• Prepare status reports and actively manage project progress
• Ensure final deliverables are quality-driven and comply with design and production requirements
Requirements
• High level of English proficiency
• 4+ years of experience managing projects successfully
• Experience across digital, technology, film, CGI, motion design, and/or print projects
• Strong client-facing presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Teams
Preferred
• Experience in an integrated post-production environment
• Experience managing remote clients across different time zones
