Responsibilities
• Design, build, and deploy production-grade machine learning models and systems at scale
• Own the full ML lifecycle from problem definition to deployment and monitoring
• Build scalable data and model pipelines with reliability, observability, and automated retraining
• Work with large-scale datasets to improve ranking, recommendations, and optimization systems
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams
• Research and apply state-of-the-art ML techniques, including deep learning, transformers, and LLMs
Requirements
• 3-5+ years building, deploying, and operating ML systems in production
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Go, or similar languages
• Strong grasp of ML algorithms from statistical learning to deep learning architectures
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks
• Experience designing scalable ML pipelines and model serving infrastructure
Preferred
• Experience with recommender systems, search/ranking, or advertising systems
• Familiarity with distributed systems (Spark, Kafka, Ray, Airflow)
• Experience with LLM techniques, including fine-tuning, RAG, and alignment
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or Machine Learning
