Responsibilities
• Define a Global Category Strategy that drives continuous improvement and business benefits
• Develop and manage Preferred Supplier Network and Strategic Suppliers
• Define Contracting Strategy and lead Supplier Negotiations
• Drive Cash Improvements across assigned Categories
• Mitigate risks by building a flexible supply chain and ensuring continuity of supply
• Develop Best Cost Country strategy
• Drive supplier relationship management processes
• Report to Leadership on Market Trends and Category Performance

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or time-served experience
• Solid experience in Category/Supplier Management, Purchasing, Production Control, or Engineering
• Experience in procurement of Flow, Electrical, and Instrumentation items
• Knowledge of the supply base for Valves, Pipes & Fittings, Instruments, Analyzers, and RO Pressure vessels
• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel approximately 30% annually

Preferred
• Familiarity with water treatment technologies and operations
• Understanding of market trends and key suppliers
