Responsibilities
• Gather, clarify, and document requirements for complex software projects
• Support writing and refinement of user stories/tickets to ensure they are ready for development
• Work closely with QEs to define acceptance criteria and Designers to ensure functional requirements match UX
• Identify high-value items to ensure the team stays focused on priorities
• Spot bottlenecks in the process and suggest improvements to ticket cycle time and flow
Requirements
• Clear and effective communication bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong English proficiency
• Proven experience in requirement engineering for complex software projects
• Expertise in backlog management and user story refinement
• Deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks
• Proficiency with Agile management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello)
Preferred
• Approachable and contributes to a positive team atmosphere
• Passion for continuous improvement and leaner ways of working
