Responsibilities
• Receive new briefs and transform unclear briefs into well-prepared briefs
• Manage scoping, costing, and planning of projects across different briefs
• Create project plans and identify key milestones
• Coordinate development and delivery among project participants and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress within scope and budget
• Be accountable for financial profitability and manage cost overburn
• Ensure final deliverables are quality-driven and comply with requirements
Requirements
• High English proficiency level
• 4+ years of experience managing projects successfully
• Experience across digital, technology, film, CGI, motion design, and/or print projects
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Teams
Preferred
• Experience integrating AI workflows into project plans
• Experience managing projects across different time zones

Overview
Brandtech+ is seeking a Project Manager to run creative and production processes alongside the existing Project Management team. You will lead projects from brief to delivery, managing multiple mid to high complexity projects while working with dynamic teams across the business. Remote working until further notice.
