Responsibilities
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers structure and execute complex RFPs in Archlet
• Support strategic sourcing events with hands-on guidance on e-auction setup and scenario analysis
• Prepare and deliver demos to showcase Archlet's benefits and train new users
• Identify opportunities to increase customer value and create best-practice use cases
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering
• Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, procurement consulting, or procurement-focused B2B SaaS
• Hands-on experience supporting or executing RFPs, e-auctions, or scenario-based sourcing events
• Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
• Solid understanding of enterprise procurement processes and digital sourcing tools
Preferred
• Proficiency in Spanish
• Experience with AI-driven procurement innovation
